Mr. Jeremy is stepping down from the CEO role to pursue his personal interest and will be re-designated from Executive Director to Non-Independent Non-Executive Director. He will remain as member of the Nominating Committee of the Company.

In the interim, the Chief Business Officer and the Financial Controller will oversee the investments and operations of the Group.

Based on its enquiries, the Company's sponsor, UOB Kay Hian Private Limited, is satisfied that, save as disclosed in the announcement, there are no other material reasons for the resignation of Mr. Jeremy as CEO and redesignation to Non-Executive Non-Independent Director of the Company.
