Reference is made to the announcement of eHi Car Services Limited dated May 4, 2021 (the Announcement) in relation to the offer to purchase by eHi Car Services Limited of its outstanding 5.875% Senior Notes due 2022 (ISIN: XS1657420441). Capitalized terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcement.

The Company is pleased to announce that it has determined the Maximum Acceptance Amount to be US$250,000,000. However, the Company reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to accept significantly more than or significantly less than such amount, or to accept none of the 2022 Notes, for purchase pursuant to the Offer.
