Detailed Reason (s) for cessation
Dr Bernard Ng Kee Huat ("Dr Bernard") has tendered his resignation as Chief Medical Officer of the Company to pursue other career opportunities. Following his cessation, Mr Kenneth Law Ren Kai, the Executive Chairman, will assume oversight of the Group's healthcare business, including the management of its operations and strategic direction.

After having interviewed Dr Bernard and to the best of its knowledge, the Company's sponsor, ZICO Capital Pte. Ltd., is satisfied that, save as disclosed in this announcement, there are no other material reasons for the cessation of Dr Bernard as the Chief Medical Officer of the Company.
