Mr Tan Lee Seng, who was appointed as the Non-Independent Non-Executive Director on 2 April 2026, was nominated by Mr Chua Yi Hang, a controlling shareholder of the Company, as the Executive Director of the Company and the proposal was submitted to the Nominating Committee and Board of Directors ("Board") for their consideration and approval. The Board, after having considered the recommendation of the Nominating Committee and assessed Mr Tan Lee Seng's qualifications and working experience, has approved the re-designation of Mr Tan Lee Seng as the Executive Director of the Company with effect from 13 May 2026.
