Please be informed that the Board of Directors ( Board ) at its regular meeting held today 16 March 2022, approved/confirmed the amendments to Articles I, IV, V, VI, VII, VII-B, XI, XIV, XII of the Bank s Amended By-Laws.

The amendments will be presented to the stockholders in the Annual Stockholders Meeting to be held on 28 April 2022.

The amendments to the By-Laws are seen to improve the overall corporate governance framework of the bank.
