Detailed reason(s) for cessation
Mr Koh Chink Ee ("Mr Koh") has tendered his resignation to pursue other career opportunities.

Mr Koh will relinquish his role as Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from 30 April 2026. His last day of employment with the Company will be 31 May 2026.

Mr Koh is currently serving his notice period and will work closely with the management team and the finance team to ensure an orderly and smooth handover to the incoming Chief Financial Officer. He will also assist the Chief Executive Officer on corporate and business development matters until his last day of employment.

Based on its enquiries, the Company's Sponsor, UOB Kay Hian Private Limited, is satisfied that, save as disclosed in this announcement, there are no other material reasons for the cessation of Mr Koh as Chief Financial Officer of the Company.

There are no concerns with regard to the financial reporting that led to the cessation of Mr Koh and that there are no disagreements between him and the Board of Directors of the Company with regard to practices that would have an impact on the Company's financial reporting.
