As announced on 17 July 2023, the Company has appointed financial and legal advisers to review the financial position of the Company and the Group. Pending such review and an evaluation of available options for a consensual restructuring, the Company will be suspending interest payments and will not be making payment of the upcoming interest payment due on 26 July 2023.

The Company intends to, in due course, engage with its Noteholders and its other creditors. Further announcements will be made by the Company as and when there are material developments.

Trading of the Company securities on the SGX-ST had been voluntarily suspended by the Company on 17 July 2023.
