Pursuant to Regulation 47(1) and (3) read with Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ( the Regulation ), the Company hereby informs that the quarterly and annual financial results, in accordance with Regualtion 33, for the year ended March 31, 2017 have been published in the English newspaper on May 24, 2017 and Marathi newspaper on May 25, 2017.
