Mr. Jimmy Chang Joo Whut ("Mr. Chang") would like to retire from his current position as an Executive Officer of Ntegrator Holdings Limited (the "Company", together with its subsidiaries, the "Group"). Mr. Chang is currently serving his notice period of three (3) months and his last day of employment would be 2 December 2024.

Mr. Chang's roles and responsibilities as an Executive Officer will be undertaken by Mr. Patrick Low, the Project Director of the Company.

After having interviewed Mr. Chang and to the best of its knowledge, the Company's Sponsor, PrimePartners Corporate Finance Pte. Ltd., is satisfied that save as disclosed in this announcement, there are no other material reasons for the resignation of Mr. Chang as an Executive Officer of the Company.
