The Issuer announces certain amendments ("Amendments") to the terms and conditions of (i) the tender offers to purchase for cash and retire a portion of the outstanding US$6,000,000,000 of MEXCAT's international notes (the "Notes", comprising of the US$1,000,000,000 4.250% Senior Secured Notes due 2026, US$1,000,000,000 3.875% Senior Secured Notes due 2028, US$1,000,000,000 5.5% Senior Secured Notes due 2046, and US$3,000,000,000 5.5% Senior Secured Notes due 2047), and (ii) the solicitation of consents from the holders of the Notes, each of which have been previously announced on 3 December 2018.
