Mr Ng Yee Siang ("Mr Ng") has tendered his resignation as Operations Manager, and an Executive Officer of the Company as he is seeking new opportunities elsewhere.

It is intended for Mr Leong Weng Yu, Central Kitchen Production Manager and Executive Officer of the Company to take over the duties of Mr Ng.

Hong Leong Finance Limited, after having interviewed Mr Ng, is satisfied that other than as disclosed in this announcement, there are no other reasons for the resignation of Mr Ng.

The Board would like to extend their appreciation to Mr Ng for his invaluable contribution to the Company during his tenure of service.
