The Offer expired at 4:00 p.m. (London time) on September 9, 2020 (the "Expiration Deadline"). As at the Expiration Deadline, US$15,009,000 in aggregate principal amount of the Notes had been validly tendered pursuant to the Offer. Subject to the terms and conditions of the Offer, the Company will accept for purchase such validly tendered Notes in full (the "Accepted Notes"). The Accepted Notes repurchased by the Company will be cancelled and will cease to be outstanding on or about September 14, 2020 (the "Settlement Date").
