CHANGE IN BOOK CLOSURE DATE AND DIVIDEND DATE PAYABLE

Pursuant to its fiscal 2016 ("FY2016") results announcement dated 24 February 2017, CWT Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce a change in its Book Closure Date and Dividend Payout Date with respect to the Company's proposed final dividend of 3 cents per share for FY2016.

New Book Closure Date

Notice is hereby given that the Share Transfer Books and Register of Members of the Company will be closed on 9 May 2017 for the preparation of the proposed final dividend warrants.

Duly completed transfers received by the Company's Share Registrar, Boardroom Corporate & Advisory Services Pte. Ltd., 50 Raffles Place #32-01 Singapore Land Tower, Singapore 048623, up to 5.00 p.m. on 8 May 2017 will be registered to determine shareholders entitlements to the said Interim Dividend. Members whose Securities Accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Limited credited with shares as at 5.00 p.m. on 8 May 2017 will be entitled to the proposed final dividend.

New Dividend Date Payable

The proposed final dividend shall be payable on 17 May 2017.
