| Additional Text | NTT DC REIT is pleased to announce the distribution of 5.56 US cents per Unit for the period from 14 July 2025, the listing date of NTT DC REIT, to 31 March 2026 which comprises two components:
(a) taxable income distribution of 0.79 US cents per Unit; and
(b) capital distribution of 4.77 US cents per Unit. |

Ltd. at least seven (7) calendar days before the validation deadline of Tuesday, 9 June 2026. |
