Description (Please provide a detailed description of the event in the box below): On April 14, 2023 (the Effective Date ), Globe Life Inc. (the Company ) entered into a Delayed Draw Term Loan Agreement among the Company, as borrower, Bank of America, N.A., as Administrative Agent, and each lender from time to time a party thereto ( Lenders ) (the Term Loan Agreement ). The Term Loan Agreement provides that the Lenders will make available to the Company up to $170,000,000 in a single unsecured term loan during the period starting with the Effective Date and ending May 15, 2023 unless terminated earlier pursuant to the terms of the Term Loan Agreement. The loan under the Term Loan Agreement must be in a principal amount of $150,000,000 or a whole multiple of $1,000,000 in excess thereof. Any loan made under the Term Loan Agreement matures on the 18-month anniversary of the date the loan under the Term Loan Agreement is funded
