Detailed reason(s) for cessation
Ng Fook Ai Victor (Victor) will be retiring by rotation at the forthcoming annual general meeting to be held on 30th April 2026 (AGM) and will not be seeking re-election to devote more time to his other personal commitments and to rebalance his directorship portfolio. Accordingly, he will relinquish his position as Independent Director, Chairman of the Board, Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and member of the Audit Committee and Nominating Committee following the conclusion of the AGM. The Board would like to express its heartfelt gratitude towards Victor for his invaluable contributions to the Company during his tenure of service.

After having interviewed Victor and to the best of its knowledge, the Company's Sponsor, PrimePartners Corporate Finance Pte.Ltd., is satisfied that save as disclosed in this announcement, there are no other material reasons for the cessation of Victor s appointment as aforesaid.
