Description (Please provide a detailed description of the event in the box below): Further to the announcement released on 19 November 2014 relating to DBS Bank's offer to purchase for cash ("Tender Offer") for up to US$550,000,000 aggregate principal amount of its US$900,000,000 Floating Rate Subordinated Notes due 2021 Callable with Step-up in 2016 (ISIN: USY2023JAV27 and US233048AC15) (the "Notes"), DBS Bank wishes to announce that as at 5pm (New York City time) on 10 December 2014 (Early Tender Deadline), US$690,471,000 in aggregate principal amount of the Notes has been validly tendered pursuant to the Tender Offer.
