SATS Ltd. ("SATS") would like to thank shareholders for taking the time to attend the SIAS-SATS Hybrid Dialogue Session held on 14 November 2022 at NTUC Centre ("Session"). Over 200 SATS shareholders attended the Session to gain insights from Kerry Mok, President and Chief Executive Officer and Manfred Seah, Chief Financial Officer of SATS about the Company's 1H FY23 results, industry recovery trends, and the proposed acquisition of Worldwide Flight Services. The Session was moderated by David Gerald, Founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of SIAS.
