Ltd., the manager of Frasers Logistics & Industrial Trust ("FLT"), refers to the announcement dated 3 July 2018 on the proposed divestment of 80 Hartley Street in the state of New South Wales, Australia (the "Announcement"), and wishes to inform unitholders that the statement on net asset value per unit of FLT in the first paragraph under Section 6 (Financial Effects of the Proposed Divestment) of the Announcement should be revised as follows:

"The net asset value ("NAV") per Unit as at 30 September 2017 would increase from 0.94 Singapore cents to 0.95 Singapore cents."
