As stated in the announcement issued by Wilmar's listed subsidiary, Yihai Kerry Arawana Holdings Co., Ltd., (http://www.cninfo.com.cn/new/disclosure/stock?stockCode=300999&orgId=9900039967), its subsidiary, Yihai Kerry (Guangzhou) Oils & Grains Industries Co., Ltd. disagrees with the facts and charges in the indictment, and will actively defend its rights to protect the legal interests of the company and all shareholders.
