3 December 2020 - Reference is made to the Issuer's announcement on 27 November 2020 regarding the settlement of the tender offer for its U.S.$400,000,000 5.65% Guaranteed Undated Notes (the "Undated Notes").

The Issuer hereby announces that payment of the Tender Consideration for U.S.$186,888,000 in principal amount of Undated Notes validly tendered and accepted for purchase has been made on 2 December 2020 (3:30 P.M. London Time). Pursuant to the settlement of the Tender Offer, U.S.$186,888,000 in principal amount of Undated Notes were repurchased and cancelled pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Undated Notes. Following the cancellation, U.S.$213,112,000 in aggregate principal amount of Undated Notes remain outstanding.

Capitalized terms used in this announcement but not defined herein have the meanings given to them in the Tender Offer Memorandum.
