| Narrative version | Notice is hereby given that, subject to shareholders' approval of the payment of a tax exempt (1-tier) final dividend of 3 cents per ordinary share in respect of the year ended 31 December 2025 (the "Dividend") at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 24 April 2026, the Share Transfer Books and Register of Members of the Company will be closed from 5.00 p.m. on 6 May 2026 up to (and including) 7 May 2026. Duly completed registrable transfers received by the Company's Share Registrar, B.A.C.S. Private Limited of 77 Robinson Road, #06-03 Robinson 77, Singapore 068896, up to 5.00 p.m. on 6 May 2026 will be registered to determine shareholders' entitlement to the Dividend. In respect of shares in the securities accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Limited ("CDP"), the Dividend will be paid by the Company to CDP which will distribute the Dividend to holders of the securities accounts. |
