IENOVA ANNOUNCES RESUBMITTAL OF ITS 2017 ANNUAL REPORT

Mexico City, September 28, 2018 Infraestructura Energetica Nova, S.A.B. de C.V., IEnova , informs that today it resubmitted its 2017 Annual Report before the Mexican Stock Exchange and the National Banking and Securities Commission ( CNBV ) to include changes requested by the CNBV to (i) replace maps related to market information, (ii) adjust the format of the corporate structure and (iii) modify the note that clarifies that its major shareholder is Sempra Energy. The figures reported in the Financial Statements have not changed.
