Description (Please provide a detailed description of the event in the box below): We have to inform you that, pursuant to Regulation 29 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on Friday, February 14, 2020, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Third Quarter and Nine Months ended December 31, 2019.

Further, as per the "Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading" and pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the Company has intimated its Directors and other designated persons regarding the closure of trading window from December 31, 2019 to February 16, 2020 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of approval of Unaudited Financial Results for the Third Quarter and Nine Months ended December 31, 2019.
