Intimation of particulars of invitation of resolution plans under section 25(2)(h) of Insolvency Code in the Form specified under regulation 36A(5) of the IBBI (Insolvency Resolution Process for Corporate Persons) Regulations, 2016 pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (LODR) and in accordance with the requirements of sub-clause 16(h) of Clause A of Part A of Schedule III of LODR, we hereby attach (a) Invitation to Submit Expression of Interest for Future Retail Limited (as modified on 20 October 2022) (IEOI ), (b) Modification to detailed Invitation of Expression of Interest, as published on 20 October 2022, (c) Form G, together with, (d) Extension of timeline for submission of Expression of Interest under Form G dated 20 October 2022, for your information and record, which is also available on the website of the Company on https://futureretail.in/cirp/process.html. The IEOI provides eligibility criteria for prospective resolution applicants intending to submit an expression of interest for Future Retail Limited, as approved by the Committee of Creditors under Section 25(2)(h) of the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code, 2016.
