| Narrative version | Notice is hereby given that the Share Transfer Books and Register of Members of the Company will be closed from 5.00 pm on 18 August 2022 up to (and including) 19 August 2022. Duly completed registrable transfers received by the Company's Registrar, M & C Services Private Limited of 112 Robinson Road #05-01, Singapore 068902 up to 5.00 pm on 18 August 2022 will be registered to determine shareholders' entitlement to the interim dividend. In respect of shares in the securities accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Limited ("CDP"), the interim dividend will be paid by the Company to CDP which will distribute the interim dividend to holders of the securities accounts. |
