We refer to our intimation dated December 30, 2020 regarding the proposed early redemption of principal amount of USD100,000,000 out of USD300,000,000 4.875% Senior Notes due 2021 (the Notes ).

We wish to inform you that on January 29, 2021, the Company has redeemed the principal amount of USD100,000,000 on pro-rata basis out of USD300,000,000 Notes at a redemption price of 101.21875% together with the accrued interest till date. The Company had made the first early redemption of USD100,000,000 in November 2019 and the outstanding amount of the Notes after the redemption of January 29, 2021 is USD100,000,000.
