Further to the Company's announcement dated 13 April 2016, the Board of Directors would like to provide the following additional information in respect of Rule 704(13) of the Listing Manual of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited that there is no person occupying managerial position in the Company or in any of its principal subsidiaries who is a relative of a director, chief executive officer or substantial shareholder of the Company.
