In terms of Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we write to inform you that the Company has received an Order from the Deputy Commissioner Circle I, Jaipur III, State Tax, Rajasthan raising demand for IGST of Rs. 47,08,860 together with interest and penalty, alleging excess availment of input tax credit relating to unreconciled data in GSTR 2A records, despite compliance by the Company before the due date.
