Description (Please provide a detailed description of the event in the box below - Refer to the Online help for the format): The Board of Directors (the "Board") of Singapore Shipping Corporation Limited ("SSC" or the "Company") is pleased to announce the following documents:

a) Annual Report for financial year ended 31 March 2025 ("FY2025");
b) Addendum to Annual Report 2024/2025 relating to the Proposed Renewal of the Share Buy-Back Mandate dated 14 July 2025 (the "Addendum");
c) Sustainability Report for FY2025; and
d) Notification and Request Form, Notice of Annual General Meeting and Proxy Form.

In line with SSC's sustainability drive, the Company will not be despatching printed copies of the Annual Report for FY2025 and the Addendum to shareholders. Please refer to the attached Notification and Request Form if you still wish to receive printed copies of the Annual Report for FY2025 and the Addendum for this year.
