Detailed Reason (s) for cessation
Mr Yang Ee has tendered his resignation as Group Financial Controller cum Joint Company Secretary of the Company to pursue personal interests on 4 August 2022. His cessation as Group Financial Controller cum Joint Company Secretary will take effect on 3 November 2022. The suitable replacement has been found internally and the handover process will commence.

The Company's Sponsor, RHT Capital Pte Ltd, after having interviewed Mr Yang Ee, is satisfied that, other than as disclosed in the announcement, there are no other material reasons for the cessation of Mr Yang Ee as Group Financial Controller cum Joint Company Secretary.
