Further to the Board of Directors ("Board") of Bund Center Investment Ltd (the "Company")'s announcements of 15 April 2024 relating to the appointment of Mr Chong Weng Hoe ("Mr Chong") and Ms Kuan Li Li ("Ms Kuan") as Non-executive Independent Directors and members of the Board Committees of the Company, the Board wishes to announce the following, effective 24 April 2024:

(i) Audit Committee ("AC") Chairman

The appointment of Mr Foo Meng Kee ("Mr Foo"), an existing member of the AC, as AC chairman.

(ii) Nominating Committee ("NC") Chairman

The appointment of Ms Kuan as NC chairman.

(iii) Remuneration Committee ("RC") Chairman

The appointment of Mr Chong as RC chairman.

Mr Foo will step down as RC chairman, and remain as RC member.

(iv) Lead Independent Director

The appointment of Mr Foo, who joined the Board on 1 May 2018, as Lead Independent Director.

(v) Composition of Board and Board Committees

Following above changes, the Board and Board Committees will comprise of the following members:
