Mr Pan Zhigang ("Mr Pan") has stepped down as the Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") and Chief Risk Officer ("CRO") of the Company pursuant to the established policy of rotating key management talents by China COSCO SHIPPING Corporation Limited among its business units.

The Board would like to extend its gratitude and appreciation to Mr Pan for his invaluable contributions to the Company during his tenure.

In the interim, the General Manager of the Finance Division of the Company, will temporarily oversee the daily operations of the financial and risk management functions of the Company. For significant matters, the senior management team will deliberate and make collective decisions.

The Company has identified a suitable candidate for the position of CFO and CRO and will make the necessary announcement upon completion of the requisite clearance and formalities.
