Dear Sir,

This refers to our announcement dated August 13, 2014, informing you about the proposed issue of shares by Mercator Energy Pte. Ltd. (MEPL), a subsidiary of the Company to professionals including Mr. Atul Agarwal, Managing Director of the Company.

Consequent upon the above mentioned issue and allotment of shares by MEPL, the shareholding of the Company in MEPL is reduced to 79.59% and the shareholding of the entity controlled by Mr. Atul Agarwal is 6%.
