Please refer to attached announcement for detailed reasons. Mr Thomas Pang will be appointed Senior Managing Director, CEO Office with effect from 1 June 2024. In his new role, Mr Pang will leverage his diverse networks, experience and expertise in both Keppel's Fund Management and Operating Platforms to drive Keppel's growth as a global asset manager and operator.
