| Narrative version | 1. One-off Additional Dividend
The Board of Directors of Singapore Exchange Limited ("SGX" or the "Company") is recommending a proposed one-off additional dividend of 12.5 cents per ordinary share for the financial year ended 30 June 2026 ("Additional Dividend").
2. Notice of Books Closure
The Company hereby gives notice that, subject to the approval of shareholders for the Additional Dividend being obtained at the 27th Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company to be held on Friday, 23 October 2026, the Transfer Books and Register of Members of the Company will be closed from 5.00 p.m. on Monday, 2 November 2026 up to (and including) Tuesday, 3 November 2026 for the preparation of dividend warrants.
Duly completed registrable transfers of ordinary shares of the Company received by the Company's Share Registrar, BoardRoom Corporate Advisory Services Pte. Ltd., at 1 Harbourfront Avenue, Keppel Bay Tower #14-07, Singapore 098632 up to 5.00 p.m. on Monday, 2 November 2026 will be registered to determine shareholders' entitlements to the proposed Additional Dividend.
Shareholders whose securities accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Limited are credited with ordinary shares of the Company at 5.00 p.m. on Monday, 2 November 2026 will be entitled to the proposed Additional Dividend.
3. Dividend Payment Date
Payment of the Additional Dividend, if approved by shareholders at the 27th AGM, will be made on Tuesday, 10 November 2026. |
