Detailed Reason (s) for cessation
Igor Vatenmacher is resigning from his position as Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") following an offer that he received from another company and is interested in pursuing the opportunity. He is currently serving his notice period of one month, as per his employment contract with the Company and stated in his resignation letter.
The Company is considering the appointment of a replacement for CFO and will make the necessary announcement accordingly.
After having interviewed Mr Igor Vatenmacher and to the best of its knowledge, the Company's Sponsor, PrimePartners Corporate Finance Pte. Ltd., is satisfied that save as disclosed in this announcement, there are no material reasons for the cessation of Mr Igor Vatenmacher as CFO of the Company.
In addition, there are no concerns with regards to financial reporting that led to the cessation of Mr Igor Vatenmacher and there are no disagreements between Mr Igor Vatenmacher and the Board with regards to practices that will have an impact on the Company's financial reporting.
