International Healthway Corporation Limited (the "Company") was listed on Catalist of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (the "SGX-ST") on 8 July 2013. The initial public offering of the Company was sponsored by PrimePartners Corporate Finance Pte. Ltd. (the "Sponsor").

Mr Wong Ong Ming, Eric has decided to resign as Non-Executive Director of the Company to focus on his responsibilities as the Non-Executive Chairman at Healthway Medical Corporation Limited. Based on its enquiries, the Company's Sponsor, PrimePartners Corporate Finance Pte. Ltd., is satisfied that, other than as disclosed in this announcement, there are no other material reasons for the resignation of Mr Wong Ong Ming, Eric as the Non-Executive Director of the Company.
