The Board of Directors of Sinarmas Land Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce that PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk ("BSDE"), a subsidiary of the Company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, has released the following:

- Information Disclosure or Material Facts of BSDE relating to the launching of the proposed issue of senior notes up to US$250,000,000 with interest coupon 7.25% due on 2021, issued by Global Prime Capital Pte. Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of BSDE

- Affiliate Transactions and Information Disclosure or Material Facts Reporting of BSDE

(together, the "Disclosures").
