In compliance with the provisions of articles 9 and 10 of Law No. 18,045 on the Securities Market, and letter A.a) of the Section II of the General Rule No. 486, and number 5.1.7 of the Section IV of the General Rule No. 30 of the Commission for the Financial Market (hereinafter, the CMF ), hereby report as a Material Fact the following: On December 01, 2022, Scotiabank Chile (hereinafter, the Bank ) carried-out the placement of two dematerialized and bearer bonds.
The specific conditions of the placement were as follow:
- Series BD bonds, for a total amount of 150,000 Unidades de Fomento (equivalent to approximately USD 5.8 million), maturing on September 9, 2032. The average placement rate of the securities was 2.435%. These bonds were charged to the line registered in the Securities Registry of the CMF under number 7-4/2021 dated October 12, 2021.
Also, On December 01, 2022, Scotiabank Chile (hereinafter, the Bank ) carried-out a placement of dematerialized and bearer bonds. The specific conditions of the placement were as follow:
- Series BB bonds, for a total amount of 200,000 Unidades de Fomento (equivalent to approximately USD 7.8 million), maturing on September 9, 2030. The average placement rate of the securities was 2.3975%. These bonds were charged to the line registered in the Securities Registry of the CMF under number 7-2/2021 dated October 12, 2021.
