Further to the announcements dated 21 August 2026, Mapletree Industrial Trust Management Ltd. (the "Manager"), as the Manager of Mapletree Industrial Trust, wishes to update that regulatory approval has been obtained for the appointment of Mr Anand Tze Ming Chandran as Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of the Manager.

Mr Chandran's appointment will take effect from 1 October 2026.
