The Board of Directors (the Board ) of Miyoshi Limited (the Company ) wishes to announce that Mr Khoo Boo Han has resigned as Company Secretary of the Company with effect from 9 May 2017.

The Board would like to thank Mr Khoo Boo Han for his past services to the Company.

Following Mr Khoo Boo Han's resignation, Mr Ong Wei Jin shall remain in office as Company Secretary of the Company.
