1. The Notes will be listed and quoted in the Bond Market with effect from 9.00 a.m., Wednesday, 25 March 2015.

2. (I) The short name and abbreviated name of the Notes are 'ExlmKor n8.1%180324A' and 'EXPIM18A' respectively. The ISIN Code is XS1204110479.

(II) The short name and abbreviated name of the Notes are 'ExlmKor n8.1%180324R' and 'EXPIM18R' respectively. The ISIN Code is XS1204104829.

The letter "R" denotes that trading of the Notes issued under Regulation S. The letter "A" denotes that trading of the Notes issued under Rule 144A.
