In compliance with the provisions of articles 9 and 10 of Law No. 18,045 on the Securities Market, and letter A.a) of the Section II of the General Rule No. 486, and number 5.1.7 of the Section IV of the General Rule No. 30 of the Commission for the Financial Market (hereinafter, the CMF ), hereby report as a Material Fact the following: On July 7, 2026, Scotiabank Chile (hereinafter, the Bank ) carried-out the placement of the following bonds.
- Placement of bonds in international markets under Scotiabank Chile's Medium Term Notes Program (MTN) dated April 30, 2026. The specific terms of the placement were as follows: Senior Notes for a total amount of USD 15,000,000 (fifteen million U.S dollars) at a floating rate calculated as Compounded Daily SOFR plus a spread of 0.95% (zero point ninety percent), with a maturity date of July 14, 2031.
Finally, I note that I am signing this letter in my capacity as the representative before this Commission, as resolved at Board Meeting No. 2375 held on September 23, 2014.
