We are pleased to inform all the Participating Shareholders of the VCC (VCC Registration No.: T20VC0088A) (Incorporated in the Republic of Singapore) and the Sub-Fund (Sub-Fund Number: T20VC0088A-SF001) that the proposed ordinary resolutions as set out in the members' resolutions by written means in accordance Section 184A of the Companies Act, Chapter 50 (the ''Companies Act'') as applied by Section 80(3) of the Variable Capital Companies Act 2018 (the ''VCC Act''), which has been announced on 29 June 2021, were duly passed with an aggregate number of 95,600,251 shares and 70.68% of the total number of shares for the resolutions.
