The Board of Directors of Luzhou Bio-chem Technology Limited (the "Company", and together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") wishes to announce that Ms Li Na has tendered her resignation as Group Senior Finance Manager for personal reasons. Her last day of service will be on 31 July 2018.

The Board wishes to thank Ms Li for her contributions during her tenure.

The Company is currently in the process of identifying a suitable replacement for Ms Li and an announcement will be made when a replacement has been identified.
