The Board of Directors of Golden Agri-Resources Ltd ("GAR") refers to GAR's announcement of 3 May 2021 regarding Bond Programme by PT SMART Tbk, a subsidiary of GAR listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange ("IDX"), and wishes to announce that PT SMART Tbk has today published additional information and/or revision of abridged prospectus in Bahasa Indonesia, in Kontan newspaper, in relation to the Public Offering for Phase I of a IDR5 trillion Bond Programme, called "OBLIGASI BERKELANJUTAN III SMART TAHAP I TAHUN 2021" ("Bond") on the IDX.

For Phase I of the Bond Programme, PT SMART Tbk will raise IDR1,500,000,000,000 (IDR One Trillion and Five Hundred Billion). The listing of the Bond on IDX is expected on 11 June 2021.

A published copy of the additional information and/or revision of abridged prospectus in Bahasa Indonesia is attached.
