The Nominating Committee of the Company, having considered Ms. Victoria Goh Si Hui's tenure and knowledge gained with Serial System Ltd and its Consumer Products Distribution Division, capabilities, performance and other relevant factors, recommended her additional appointment as Chief Operating Officer of Consumer Products Distribution Division of Serial System Ltd to the Board of Directors for consideration. The Board of Directors concurred with the recommendation of the Nominating Committee and approved Ms. Victoria Goh Si Hui's additional appointment as Chief Operating Officer of Consumer Products Distribution Division of Serial System Ltd.

The appointment is executive. Ms. Victoria Goh Si Hui will oversee the Group's business and operations of the Consumer Products Distribution Division as its Chief Operating Officer. In addition, she will continue to manage the business of the Hospitality and Healthcare Solutions and Medical Devices Assembly and Distribution Divisions as well as supply chain and inventory management of the Group. As Executive Director and Group Vice President, Business Development & Marketing of Serial System Ltd, Ms. Victoria Goh Si Hui will work with the Management Team and the Board of Serial System Ltd on corporate development and strategic planning of the Group.
