The Board of directors has reviewed and considered the Nominating Committee's recommendation and assessment on Mr Andrew Tan's performance, contributions and achievements during the years when he has been pivotal in steering the Company through various challenges and opportunities. The Board is satisfied that Mr Andrew Tan will be able to discharge his duties as the Executive Deputy Chairman and hence approved his appointment as Executive Director and Executive Deputy Chairman. The appointment will ensure continuity during the transition period as the new Chief Executive Officer, Mr Adrian Seow, is being appointed.
