We would like to clarify that this delayed notification regarding the cessation of this substantial shareholder is a result of an unforeseen technical malfunction of Company's cloud email system. Unfortunately, this issue resulted in the Company not receiving the intended notification on June 14, 2024. The Company was only made aware of this development today and is taking immediate action to release this important notification to ensure that all shareholders and parties are fully informed.
